Easy Returns

You can return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery.

1. Select your order in My Account → Orders or email info@takibul.com.tr with your order number.
2. Pack the unused item in its original packaging with the invoice.
3. Hand it to our contracted carrier using the return code we send you.
4. Your refund is issued within 14 days after inspection.

Note: For hygiene reasons opened earrings cannot be returned. Personalized items are not eligible for returns.
