Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

BUYER: The person placing an order on TakıBul.
2. Subject
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
3. Products, Price and Payment
Product type, quantity, VAT-inclusive price, shipping fee and payment method are stated in the order summary and confirmation email. For bank transfers, the order is prepared once payment is received.
4. Delivery
Products are delivered by courier to the address provided, within the legal 30-day period after payment confirmation.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason, by notifying info@takibul.com.tr. Products must be unused with intact labels and packaging.
